2. Hosting (Cloudflare Pages)

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). Each visit triggers automatic server logs (IP address, date, requested page, browser, OS, referrer). Processed for technical delivery and security purposes (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

3. Cookies and local storage

This site uses only the following technically necessary storage:

  • bag_lang — your language choice (EN/DE)
  • bag_consent — your cookie preferences
  • bag_consent_analytics — set if you opted in to optional tracking

These are technically necessary and do not require consent (§25(2)(2) TTDSG / e-Privacy).

4. Web Analytics

4.1 Plausible Analytics (always active, privacy-focused)

We use Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia). Plausible sets NO cookies, collects NO personal data, and does NOT track you cross-site. Only aggregated metrics (page views, referrers, country, device — all anonymized).

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in reach analysis). Since no personal data is processed, no consent is required.

4.2 Google Analytics 4 (only with your consent)

If you consent via our cookie banner, we additionally use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd., Dublin). Google Analytics sets cookies and transmits data to servers in the USA.

Data collected: anonymized IP, page views, time on page, click paths, device, browser, approximate location.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can withdraw at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.

5. Contact form

When you contact us via form or email, we store your details (name, email, company, domain interest, budget, message) for inquiry handling and follow-up. The form is processed by Web3Forms (USA, EU-US DPF certified). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract initiation) or 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest).

Retention: until the transaction is complete or while you are an active lead, max. 36 months. We delete on request.

6. Domain transactions via Escrow.com

Actual domain transactions are processed via Escrow.com (Internet Escrow Services, Inc., USA). When you initiate a transaction, you proceed independently to escrow.com — their privacy policy applies: escrow.com/about/privacy-policy.

The site loads:
